One way to open pores is by using a mask. I use one that specifically helps mattify the skin and control oil for many hours. After I wash off the mask, my oily skin is normal again. For dry skin you should use a moisturizing mask. But DO mask. If you’re gently exfoliating daily with a cleanser that exfoliates and tones, you won’t need to mask daily.
